Ramesh took to photography at a young age when his uncle gifted him an Agfa Click 3 box camera. Since then, photography has been his passion. Currently his interests are in Street photography and he has been focusing on the street
life of Chennai, including those revolving around temples and beaches. He also takes keen interest in landscapes and compositions of human interest. His photographs reveal a candidness that captures the fleeting moment of irony in human life.
Ramesh has had solo photographic exhibitions in various cities of Malaysia as part of the “Penang International Festival” and “Festival of India” . He has also participated as a member in the panel of mentors and Judges for “Tamron
Challenge” an initiative by Tamron Corp, Japan to identify and promote photographic talent. He also conducts workshops regularly at the Mindscreen Film Institute ( MFI), Chennai.
