FAQs

1) Would I be required to create an account before I make any purchase?
Not required, you can make a purchase as a guest too. In case you are a registered member of ArtBuRt, we can update you on any promotions, news, exhibitions, new works, etc. and unlock member only discounts in the future.

2) Are there any additional costs like shipping, delivery, etc to be borne by the customer?
We do not charge any amount for delivery of the Wall Art for residents in India, as this has been factored in while pricing the Artwork. However in case of shipping outside India, you will have to incur shipping costs and additional taxes which will depend on your location. 

3) How long does it take to deliver the Artwork after the payment is made?
It usually takes 7-15 working days after the payment is received by ArtBuRt based on your location. We shall keep updating you with the status of the package at every stage until it is delivered to you at your doorstep.

4) What is "The Elite Collection"?
The Wall Arts under "The Elite Collection" are one of a kind and truly unique images.  In order to treasure the uniqueness, these images are printed only once and to be hung just one ONE WALL!!! This exclusive nature of The Elite Collection effectively raises its value and, therefore, its price. These unique images come with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the Artist.

5) What are the options available for Customising Prints?
Few Open Edition Prints can be customised. The “Image Specifications” tab of Product Description has the information if it is a customisable product. These images can be customised as per your required dimensions and choice of finish (Hahnemuhle Canvas / Epson Matte Paper). However, we do not frame such customised products. These shall be rolled and shipped over to you. Contact our ArtBuRt team for further information on this. 

6) How does the Rental Scheme work?
Our rental scheme is one of a kind to test how Art looks on your walls. Please read Rentals for further information. In case, you start loving the Wall Art rented during its term, you have an option to buy the Wall Art just by paying us the difference between the Art's Selling Price and your One Year Rent . 

7) Can I exchange the Wall Art purchased?
In case you are not pleased with your purchase, you have an option to exchange it with another Wall Art of the equivalent or higher price. Exchange option can be exercised within 7 days of the delivery. The Wall Art returned has to be in the same condition as it was delivered to you. 8) Is there any Refund Policy on the Purchases?
We are committed to provide the best possible service and Art to our customers. However, if you seem to be not very happy with the Art purchased, you have an option to return the Art for refund within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us immediately after you have taken this decision, so that we can decide on the further course of action. Refund of your funds shall be made only after we receive the Wall Art and certify its quality.  The customer will have to bear the shipping expenditure for such returns.

9) Would I have an option to see the print in person before I purchase?
Sorry, we are only an online platform at the moment. We may arrange for some exhibition of our Arts in the near future. If you are not sure about the look and feel of your intended purchase, don’t hesitate to contact us. Our team will be more than happy to assist you through a free councelling session.

10) Can the Wall Art purchased be immediately hung on the wall?
Not all Wall Arts can be hung immediately. Please check the “Image Specifications” tab of the product description for details on framing. Any Wall Art with “No Framing Done” will be rolled and shipped.For such Artworks, you have to get them framed. However, the Art which contains the information on the framing details can be hung immediately.

12) Can I submit my work for sale on ArtBuRt?
ArtBuRt is always on the lookout for new unique content. If you are the proud creator of great art (paintings or photographs) then we would love to hear from you.
