ArtBuRt Refund Policy
For an Artist hosting an exhibit on ImageIn we do not have a refund policy since its a digital service.
If you are an art patron:
- Who just purchased an artwork on ArtBuRt's website www.artburt.com : You have an option to return the Art for refund within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us immediately after you have taken this decision, so that we can decide on the further course of action. Refund of your funds shall be made to you from ArtBuRt only after 10 days after we receive the Art back and we certify its return quality. All initial return related shipping expenditure has to be paid by the customer which will later be credited back to the customer.
- Who purchased an art on the Artist's own website outside artburt.com : You are bound by the Artists T&C and Refund policy. Please review them carefully on the Artists website. Our support would involve only in connecting you with the artist and nothing else.
