ArtBuRt Exchange Policy
We love if you love your Art. In case you don't seem to warm up to your new Art Work, our exchange policy lets you exchange your open edition art for an equivalent or higher valued art within 7 days of delivery. Your new art would be shipped to you only after the art work reaches ArtBuRt and we certify its quality. All exchange related shipping expenditure has to be paid by the customer.
We are committed to provide you the best curated Art collections on our platform to decorate to living spaces. However, if you don’t seem to be too pleased with your purchase, you can return the Art for a refund within 7 working days after the delivery. Your refund would be credited to your account within 10 working days after the art work reaches ArtBuRt and we certify its quality. All return related shipping expenditure has to be paid by the customer.
PLEASE NOTE: PRINTS FROM "THE ELITE COLLECTION" ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be an open edition print and returned in the same condition that you received it in. If in need for an exchange/return please CONTACT ArtBuRt stating your intent for an exchange/return. PLEASE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS WITHOUT TALKING TO US FIRST! The customer has to arrange for a suitable delivery mechanism so that the Art arrives safe. It has to be delivered at the address specified in the cancellation acknowledgement sent by ArtBuRt. Any item not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error would NOT be eligible for an EXCHANGE/RETURN.
