Ashim is a self-taught photographer having taken this hobby as a serious artistic pursuit since 2006. His endeavour is to overlay his vision of the subject on the view captured by the camera to make the resulting image uniquely his own. His art works are predominantly minimalist in theme and monochromatic in look with a dreamy feel to most of them.
